Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer free shipping on all products across India.
When Will My Order Ship?
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away!
We ship from Monday to Friday, except during unforeseen circumstances.
Most orders are delivered in 3 -11 business days from date of order, depending upon the location in India.
All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 36 business hours to process before shipping.
Orders placed after 1 pm IST, will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.
Our products are shipped by our courier partner.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At present we do not undertake international shipping, but we are working on it.
How do I track my order?
After you place an order, you'll receive a WhatsApp message and /or an email confirmation with your order number.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse.
You may track your shipment by using the tracking code provided in the email.
Please allow at least 12 to 36 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured, that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
Lost Package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company.
Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
